SILVIA, MD PhD
Dr. Silvia is an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Medical Associates Clinic. He earned his medical degree at the University of Connecticut where he also completed a PhD in the Department of Genetics and Developmental Biology. After completing his internship and orthopaedic residency at the University of Massachusetts, Dr. Silvia continued his training in Adult Reconstructive Joint Surgery at Glasgow Royal Infirmary in Scotland, UK. In addition to the surgical replacement of the hip and knee, Dr. Silvia has focused his research interests in the success and patient satisfaction of joint replacements.
